Kathrine Switzer is perhaps best known for being the first woman to officially run the Boston Marathon - with the number 261 on her bib – John speaks to her about that lifechanging day, trailblazing for female athletes and her continuing efforts to encourage women to run. John visits Seacourt Print Shop in Bangor, where founder Margret Arthur has an exhibition marking three decades of design & Jessica Hollywood demonstrates how to use a letterpress. Lonesome George perform live in studio and Colm Warren explains how a Macedonian orchestra got involved in the recording of his latest single. Paula cooks ham hock pasta with a cheesy leek sauce.
