Claire Graham chats to swimmers, whiskey experts and astrophotographers, and musician John Andrews plays live.

Claire Graham is joined in studio by teenager Jessika who is in training to become the youngest person to swim the north channel, musician John Andrews ahead of his Camp Dalfest performance and the team from Belfast Whiskey Week share some essential serves. To mark the occasion Paula cooks a whiskey inspired dish.
Architect Declan Sharkey recounts his story of going from playing GAA as a child in Donegal to designing a stadium that鈥檒l be used to kick off the Women鈥檚 World Cup this week, and astrophotographer Patryk Sadowski explains how anyone can take a great photo of the night sky. Claire speaks to one of a team of midwives that has been nationally recognised for their work.
