June is Pride Month and, in celebration, Travelling Folk have a rainbow coloured playlist in the first hour of the show including a conversation with Pedro Cameron, founder of Bogha-frois: Queer Voices in Folk.

In the second hour, two stalwarts of traditional music, Simon Thoumire and Dave Milligan are in session with music from their new album. "Portraits" is the third album by Simon and Dave and is a new collection of original music, characteristic of the Scottish tradition but encompassing multiple styles and influences. Each track on the album was composed to try and capture the character of a particular person, and to reflect the connections in their lives. Simon and Dave play tunes and share stories of the people the music was inspired by.
