Gordon Ramsay continues his search to find a Future Food Star to invest in. He’s hand-picked a host of innovative and exciting entrepreneurs who’ll compete for £150,000 through an assault course of challenges.
Tonight, it’s all about innovation. First, he invites the contenders to Oxford to replicate a sushi platter as demonstrated by a sushi master. Who will listen and learn? And who will crumble?
Next, Gordon wants the teams to embrace the world of cocktails and seltzers in a can. Will they create a brand that stands out on supermarket shelves? And how will their products go down when Gordon tasks them with launching them at the world-renowned Henley Royal Regatta? With undercover experts reporting into Gordon, will it be a thumbs up or down for the teams’ innovations?
Finally, the teams come face to face with Gordon to unpick their performance this week. Who’ll survive a one-on-one, and who will be sent packing?
