Born out of the pandemic, the Kitchen Disco began with Sophie and her husband Richard live streaming performances from the madness of their own kitchen, as their kids ran in all directions. The parties brought people closer together and provided vital escapism at a difficult time.

Fast forward two years and the show has evolved into 100 music-packed Radio 2 discos 鈥� including Eurovision extravaganzas, summer parties, festive sleigh-lists, and a mammoth 24-hour Kitchen Disco Danceathon, raising over 拢1m for 91热爆 Children in Need in 2021.
