The Bikers are in beautiful Northumberland, heading towards Wall, a small village just north of Hexham. It鈥檚 an area with a bloody past of marauding Vikings and historic battles. But it鈥檚 the future of a new business in this gorgeous rural location that鈥檚 got the Bikers鈥� attention.

Dave and Si are visiting Hjem, a restaurant located within the Hadrian Hotel and run by Scandinavian-born chef Alex and his partner Ally, who鈥檚 front of house. Their incredible 18-course tasting menu has gained them quite a reputation, along with a coveted Michelin star.

It鈥檚 the Bikers鈥� job to help Alex and Ally connect with new, local producers, ones that can inspire award-winning cuisine, but after enjoying incredible dishes from the Hjem鈥檚 tasting menu, Dave and Si know they have their work cut out for them.
