At home in Callanish, Gregor gives millionaire shortbread a makeover. He adds peanut butter to the biscuit base and whole nuts to the caramel layer.
In the mood for a party? Gregor has the perfect sharing dish. Olive-studded doughballs are baked around a wheel of camembert cheese and guests each tear-off a piece to dip into the molten cheese.
