Defra officials shared the revised plans on the post-Brexit farm payments for England with invited stakeholders at a meeting earlier this week. The Soil Association says it鈥檚 鈥渁larmed鈥 that Defra might be watering down ELMS and the Country Land and Business Association says it鈥檚 concerned that 鈥榰nhelpful rumours鈥 are damaging confidence in the schemes.
