Welsh rugby player, Adam Beard, wants to return a favour for Scott TreadMills ahead of his Children in Need challenge. He's getting on a treadmill for 24 hours. Scott's off to see the game in Cardiff at the weekend - the last time he went to a match, Wales won the Six Nations in 2019!

Plus, Rhiannon plays the Birthday Game. Scott's birthday wheel has picked three former number ones from today's date, but spin past the first two and Rhiannon's stuck with the final track.
