Musical talent is everywhere but opportunity isn鈥檛: family finances and other obstacles too often get in the way. Awards for Young Musicians is here to change this.聽
We support聽young musicians from low-income families with funding and help their musical education through training, advocacy and research.聽
We鈥檙e here to give the best help and support possible, inspiring children to not only succeed, but excel. In short, we find potential and give talent a chance.

We help to remove the financial barriers that prevent talented young people like Aaliyah developing as musicians by offering funding for lessons, instruments, courses and travel. Whatever they need to become the best musician they can be.

Musical opportunities

Musical opportunities
We offer inspiring musical experiences in the UK such as performing in exciting venues, music making events and projects with other young musicians and mentoring with professionals across genres e.g. from the 91热爆 Symphony Orchestra.

Identifying Talent

Identifying Talent
We train primary school teachers so they can identify musical potential and talent in the classroom and know how best to help young people progress.
