Cerys handpicks your eclectic Sunday soundtrack from her record collection, expect a blend of genres, eras and music from all continents. This week's selection ranges from Lord Creator to Cat Power, Gilberto Gil to Molly Lewis, plus new music from Big Boss Man, Cimafunk and Forensic Trio.

Welsh triple harpist and multi-instrumentalist Cerys Hafana tells us about delving into the Welsh archive for ballads, hymns and poems for her second album and gives us the exclusive first play of Tragwyddoldeb, the first track to be taken from her upcoming album Edyf.

Plus Anthony Joseph reads poems from his latest collection Sonnets for Albert which has been nominated for the Forward Prize for Poetry 2022. The collection sees Anthony return to autobiographical material exploring the impact of being a son of an absent or mostly absent father.
