American actor, singer, and author Billy Porter shares an hour of his favourite party music for 6 Music's 'Loud and Proud' season, including tracks from Donna Summer, Pete Shelley, Honey Dijon, Hercules and Love Affair, Blondie and Propellerheads.

Billy achieved fame performing on Broadway before starting a solo career as a singer and actor. He has won multiple awards for his theatre and TV roles, including for the musical 'Kinky Boots' and the TV series 'Pose'. In 2020 he was included on Time's list of the 100 most influential people in the world.
