Tunes from the Top Drawer

More top-drawer tunes from the piping world, including a classic archive session from South Uist native, Willie Morrison.

Gary West presents an eclectic mix of styles and sounds from the world of bagpipes, including solo sets from Cameron MacDougall of Nigg in Easter Ross, Andrew Mathieson from Fife and Kevin McNulty from Dumfriesshire, as well as two classic tracks from an archive recording from South Uist native, Willie Morrison. On the pipe band trail we hear from top Canadian bands, Peel Regional Police and the Simon Fraser University, while Kathryn Tickell and Calum Stewart represent the bellows-driven pipes of Northumbria and Ireland respectively.
