It鈥檚 team challenge time! The contestants must work together to put on a service that impresses the judges and 30 customers. Professional chefs demonstrate a menu with a main and a dessert, which the teams must recreate. The team which plates up dishes that resemble the professionals鈥� most closely will be safely through to the next round, and the losing team will be up for elimination.
