Refugees have fled Ukraine and moved into surrounding countries such as Poland and Romania as they desperately try to escape the fighting. A lot of them received a warm welcome from neighbouring countries. However, there were occasional comments or references - often by or through the media - which suggested all the help and support for Ukrainian refugees was understandable - because they're not like other refugees.
