Easyjet bag charges; poor quality social housing
Hear from passengers hit by Easyjet's new bag charges and Winifred talks to the head of Clarion about complaints that some residents are living amongst mould, mice and insects.
We hear from passengers hit by changes to Easyjet's luggage rules. The airline says it's made things simpler by scrapping the old 'handsfree' system.. We talk to one traveller who paid 7 times more than what she expected, because she wasn't warned about the new rules.
Our reporter Jon Douglas is live on the banks of the Tyne to talk about a revolutionary green heating system that uses warm water held in old mine shafts
And Winifred talks to the head of Clarion, Europe's largest social provider about accounts of mould, mice infestations and insects from residents living on estates they own in London. A student shamed the group into action on his own flat after taking to social media and has uncovered more stories like his own.
