Jimmy hears from one listener, who didn't find out about his hotel refund until he was in the hotel car park, and another two listeners', who didn't get refunds for concerts cancelled or rescheduled due to Covid.

Plus, the latest on Ryanair refunds: with the airline preventing some passengers who previously got refunds, for flights disrupted by Covid from travelling with them again unless they return the money, Martyn James of the consumer complaints website Resolver. explains how charge-back schemes like this work.

And this week, the UK and the EU each outlined their proposals for changing the Northern Ireland Protocol, the agreement which keeps Northern Ireland in the EU's single market for goods and allows free-flowing trade with the EU.
