Many people have switched to a vegetarian or vegan diet believing it to be a healthier lifestyle - but a new study has found that non meat eaters often end up eating more ultra processed food packed with preservatives, emulsifiers and anti-caking agents linked with health problems including obesity and heart disease. Reporter Mel Abbott has been speaking with the study鈥檚 researchers about their work and what the findings mean.
