Made to commemorate the death this week of the great Charlie Watts, Rolling Stone extraordinaire, Ken Bruce introduces a tribute to the drummer compiled from archive interviews given to Radio 2 by the band over the years.

Charlie - who could famously deadpan for England - talks about his life, career and fellow Rolling Stones and reveals - among many other things - the hardest part of playing the drums, why all bands play too loud, and why Charlie parker and Miles Davis were an inspiration to him as a young man.
