We follow Stravinsky鈥檚 view of the symphony from the experimental, colour-blocked 鈥榬itual鈥� of the Symphonies of Wind Instruments, through the transitional Symphony in C 鈥� reflecting both the composer鈥檚 European past and his American future 鈥� to arrive at the bold Symphony in Three Movements.
