A new report shows that Scotland has more empty homes per capita than England and Wales but with homelessness rising in Scotland, is it time to requisition empty homes? Tony Kearney is joined by Jon Sparkes, CEO of homelessness charity Crisis, Shelter Scotland’s Shaheena Din and Susan Aktemel of 91Èȱ¬s for Good to explore possible solutions to homelessness.
