The Love Song and Caleb Followill

Caleb Followill from the Kings of Leon selects the Tracks of My Years. There's the daily love song, record and album of the week plus PopMaster.

Caleb Followill, frontman from the Kings of Leon, chooses the Tracks of My Years. Formed in Nashville, Tennessee, the band is composed of brothers Caleb, Nathan and Jared Followill with their cousin Matthew Followill. The four-piece achieved initial success in the United Kingdom with nine Top 40 singles, two BRIT Awards in 2008, and all three of the band's albums at the time peaked in the top five of the UK Albums Chart. Their third album, 'Because of the Times', also reached the number one spot.

In January this year they announced their long-awaited eighth album 'When You See Yourself' which is due for release on the 5 March. This comes nearly four-and-a-half years after their previous album, 2016’s ‘WALLS’. The band teased the song 'The Bandit' on social media and subsequently posted five more snippets of brand new songs. They then released the album's two lead singles; 'The Bandit' and '100,000 People'.

Ken also has the daily love song, record and album of the week plus another round of PopMaster. If you'd like to get in touch with the show email Ken.Bruce@bbc.co.uk
