Ep 455 - New Liked and Shared track from Deap Vally

Shaun is here with GoldSoundz to kick off the show & a Liked and Shared track from Deap Valley. Plus, Matt Everitt joins with the Music News & David Bowie is our Album of the Day

It鈥檚 the start of the week and Shaun has a brand new Liked and Shared track to kick off the week. Essentially it鈥檚 a rebrand of the Single of the Week (鈥淭hey鈥檝e re-badged it you fool鈥) and we鈥檒l give it the first play today. This week it's the new single from Deap Vally - the Los Angeles-based duo comprising Lindsey Troy and Julie Edwards. The new single Look Away is taken from their Digital Dream EP which is a series of collaborations with artists loved by the band.

Plus, Monday sees our Music News journalist Matt Everitt joining with the latest Music News, which includes a look back at the life music producer and convicted murderer Phil Spector who has died in prison aged 81; and another Small Claims Court caller joins with their claim to fame.

Shaun is also opening up a 91热爆 Schooling Safe Space in the final hour of the show. A place for parents and carers to share stories of the day's challenging home schooling. A safe space for fevered and frazzled parents and carers to reflect, without judgement, on how today's learning has gone and on their own special part in the almost seamless, national transition between school and home education during 91热爆schooling #2 - the sunshine-less sequel to homeschooling #1.

All this alongside GoldSoundZ kicks off the show with 30 minutes of 6 Music BANGERS and an Album of the Day track from David Bowie's Blackstar album. Don't forget the numerous programmes 6 Music put together to celebrate the life of David Bowie - just search for David Bowie in 91热爆 Sounds.
