Jumok茅 Fashola marks one year since the first UK lockdown with a celebration of live music, featuring some of her favourite live recordings and reflecting on the unique energy and atmosphere of the live space.
Also in the programme, Puerto Rican saxophonist and composer Miguel Zen贸n shares music that inspires him. Zen贸n is hailed for his ability to blend innovation with tradition, developing a unique musical language that includes Latin American folkloric music and jazz. His selections include groundbreaking salsa and a little-known recording by "Saxophone Colossus" Sonny Rollins.
