As the clocks go back and everyone gets an extra hour in bed, today's show celebrates music with a relaxing, chilled out, dreamy vibe.

Today鈥檚 guest is singer-songwriter, producer and poet Arlo Parks. Arlo curates a unique Slow Sunday inspired mix, featuring some of her favourite relaxing tracks by a selection of artists. She also chats to Mark and Stuart about the music she's chosen, her most recent projects and her upcoming album.

Over the summer, Arlo has been putting the final touches on her debut album, which follows her critically acclaimed EP鈥檚 鈥楽ophie鈥� and 鈥楽uper Sad Generation鈥�. Last year, she was long-listed as a breakthrough act in the 91热爆 Sound of 2020.
