On the Isle of Mull, an accident has left a man seriously injured and triggers a response from the air ambulance. They need to get him to hospital in Glasgow as quickly as possible. In Paisley, a young cyclist has his bike ride cut short by a mishap with his chain that has left him with a serious gash in his leg. He鈥檚 full of bravado, but ambulance crew Gary and Pete insist on patching him up before taking him hospital. Also in Paisley, an elderly lady with breathing problems needs to be treated and carefully transferred to hospital. Elsewhere, a female patient is suffering from what could either be extreme indigestion or a heart attack, and a teenager with a brain tumour needs treatment and an emergency transfer to hospital.
