Tightening the central belt

Tough new rules come into force in Scotland. It's rumoured ministers are considering similar measures that could see pubs and restaurants closed in parts of England.

Pubs and restaurants in central Scotland will have to close, while in other parts of the country alcohol sales and opening hours will be restricted.
Could tighter rules in England be next? An announcement's expected on Monday.
Plus a new taskforce will look at whether testing at airports could help cut the quarantine. The boss of airline Loganair gives his view on whether it's enough.
