Shaun kicks the programme off with Goldsoundz - 30 minutes of 6 Music bangers. Plus, Matt Everitt joins with the latest Music News which includes a chat with Wayne Coyne from The Flaming Lips about their new album & another Small Claims Court caller joins with their Claim to Fame. Plus, Saint Savouir is today's album of the day and there is new music from Markia Hackham with a track taken from her upcoming covers album 'Covers'.

As well as this, our good friend Prof Brian Cox joins to talk about the story of potential living organisms of the Planet Venus. Astronomers announced yesterday that they are now considering the idea that living organisms are floating in the clouds of Planet Venus after detecting a gas in the atmosphere they can't explain.

That gas is phosphine - a molecule made up of one phosphorus atom and three hydrogen atoms. On Earth, phosphine is associated with life, with microbes living in the guts of animals like penguins, or in oxygen-poor environments such as swamps. Coxy tells us what this all means and why phosphine is interesting in relation to potential life.
