The AHDB, the organisation which receives 拢60 million from farmers every year to fund research and marketing says it will change the way it operates.
New research shows that sheep farmers could make more money by getting rid of some of their animals, and growing trees instead.
All this week we鈥檙e discussing animal feed, and today its silage. Silage is cut grass, maize, or other green fodder stored for winter feed, either in shrink-wrapped plastic bales, or piled into a clamp on the farm.
