Customers of British Airways say they've ended up with vouchers for cancelled flights when they really wanted a refund. And the RHS says sales of house plants are up by a fifth.
British Airways customers have told You and Yours they can't get vouchers swapped for a cash refund for cancelled flights due to Coronavirus. Sales of houseplants are up by more than a fifth. It's being fuelled by social media and the desire to improve the look of our interiors in the era of Covid-19. An online survey found houseplants have more than 200,000 tags on social media, with the Swiss Cheese and Chinese Money plant the most popular.
