Young Trad at 20: Where Are They Now? with Daniel Thorpe

Bruce MacGregor catches up with Jenny Sturgeon and Lauren MacColl. Plus we continue the Young Trad at 20 series with 2010 winner, fiddler Daniel Thorpe.

Like so many other events this year, the Shetland Songwriting Festival has had to rethink its format and Jenny Sturgeon tells Bruce how the festival is going online.

Lauren MacColl brings new music and chats to Bruce about her latest, most personal project Landskein.

Bruce continues the Young Trad at 20 series with North East fiddler, Daniel Thorpe, who won the 91热爆 Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year back in 2010. He shares his influence tracks and describes how winning the competition boosted his career as a professional musician.
