We start in Maryhill, Glasgow, where barber Ex and local client Rashim talk jobs - the good, the bad and the terrible ones. Meanwhile, in Dundee, Norrie admits to Lorraine that he once had a very lucrative job cleaning out chicken huts, but with one awful downside. In Dunfermline, Fraser chats to Kevin about life after the army, and we visit Aberdeen to hear from others about life after the army as barber Daniel gives free monthly haircuts to veterans.

In Glasgow, Ashleigh and Debbie admit that nights out may be few and far between, but they have still got it, while Carly in Shetland explains the joy of the legendary Birthday Bus. And we close with Ian in Motherwell, who tells the sweaty tale of his first kiss.
