Twelve-year-old Madi gives everything she has to qualify as an elite artistic gymnast.
Artistic gymnast Madi has not had luck on her side as she has recently suffered an injury. Thankfully, she is now back to full fitness and is off to her grading competition to see if she can pass the tests and qualify as an elite gymnast, which will mean she can compete at the British Championships. Madi will have to compete on all four apparatus, but with her dad there to cheer her on, will she literally make the grade?
Meanwhile, Amelie has been busy juggling life at her new school with her gymnastics training, but in spite of her hectic schedule, Amelie has made it onto the squad for the World Championships, where it is hoped GB will qualify for their spot at the Olympics. Amelie heads off to Lillishall for training with the team, but things just don’t go to plan, and Amelie is struck a bitter blow.
To help boost team morale and confidence, coach Olivia has planned a treat for the artistic girls and so they head off for a treetop adventure, which will require a very different kind of skill and quite a bit of bravery!
Nile Wilson is back with one of his Gym Stars challenges, which sends the Birmingham boys flippin’ crazy, and Giarnni Regini-Moran is picked as the Gym Stars Top 20.
