12/05/20 - Ornamental plant growers, US trade and surplus potatoes.

Ornamental plant growers are gearing up to start supplying garden centres again, but there could be some shortages.

Garden centres are re-opening across Wales and England this week, but for ornamental plant growers the closure came at the worst possible time since Easter is peak season for plant sales. We hear from one of the country's biggest plant suppliers who says they are hoping to make up for lost time with a surge in sales.

As virtual trade talks with the United States continue this week,we hear from US Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue.
