Vinny and Ian Thompson are in Derry/Londonderry with two first-time buyers, Natasha and Michael, seeking their first home.
Natasha and Michael are on the hunt for their first home. After renting for many years the couple are ready to buy and have between 拢120,000 to 拢170,000 to buy a home they can spend the rest of their lives in. They visit a 拢2.5 million dream house in Lisburn to get some inspiration before heading back to the North West for some serious house hunting.
Returning to the studio, a virtual makeover of their chosen house is revealed to give them an idea of what can be done for their budget.
