In the face of the virus sweeping the world, Michael Sandel of Harvard University debates pandemic ethics. He鈥檚 joined by participants from over a dozen countries. Is it wrong to stockpile? Should governments use surveillance to make sure people stay in their homes? And if hospitals are overwhelmed and can鈥檛 treat everybody, how should they make the agonising decision about who should live, and who should be allowed to die?
