A service of Morning Prayer for Lent from the Chapel of Lambeth Palace
A service of sung Morning Prayer for Lent from the Chapel of Lambeth Palace, led by Rev Dr Isabelle Hamley, Chaplain to the Archbishop of Canterbury
From earliest times, Christians gathered at regular hours during each day and night to respond to God's word with praise on behalf of all creation and with intercession for the salvation of the world. This tradition continues to the present day. Morning Prayer provides the heartbeat of the worshipping life of Lambeth Palace, with the daily reading of the scriptures and the saying of the Psalms.
