Stephen Fry on the relationship between language and music

Cerys is joined by Stephen Fry and author Mark Diacono.

Cerys chats to actor, comedian and writer Stephen Fry about the The Mythos Suite鈥� - a version of Mythos, (his Greek Myth retelling bestselling book) underscored by composer Debbie Wiseman. The album was performed and recorded by 80 musicians from the National Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios.

Author Marc Diacono discuses his new book 'Sour' (published by Quadrille) His cookbook celebrates what Mark describes as the magical element that will transform your cooking. 鈥楤y grappling with gooseberries and turning his hand to sourdough, experimenting with ultra-cool shrub cocktails, and making his own yogurt, kefir and pickles, Mark tells the story of what makes things sour.鈥�

His previous books his' A Year at Otter Farm' and 'A Taste of the Unexpected' both won Food Book of the Year, for Andre Simon and the Guild of Food Writers respectively. Mark also host鈥檚 demos at food and gardening shows and events, and teach courses around the country.
