Clare Grogan

Actress and singer Clare Grogan of Altered Images joins Mark and Stuart to chat about the band's latest activities

Mark Radcliffe and Stuart Maconie present a feast of great music and chat for weekend breakfast.

On today's show, Mark and Stuart are joined by actress and singer Clare Grogan of Altered Images. The new-wave band came to prominence in the early 80's with hits including 'Happy Birthday' and 'Don't Talk To Me About Love.' Formed by school friends in Glasgow, the band signed to Epic Records after a tour supporting Siouxsie and the Banshees. Before finding fame with the band, Clare featured in the 1981 film Gregory's Girl. She would go on to have acting roles in Red Dwarf, Father Ted, Skins, and Eastenders. Altered Images are back out on tour and today Clare catches up with Mark and Stuart about the band's latest activities.
