Maggie Oliver, the former detective and whistleblower who exposed Greater Manchester Police鈥檚 poor handling of the sexual abuse of young girls in Rochdale, talks about the publication of the first part of an independent review into failures in the Investigation of the sexual grooming of children. She tells us why she thinks girls are continuing to be abused today.
