Jeffrey continuing his tradition of using a new band name for each new album release.

Jeffrey's middle name is Lighting hence the theme running through his band name choices, The Rain being another one.

The album was recorded and produced in Nashville by Roger Moutenot, the man responsible for producing all of the classic Yo La Tengo albums.

New Yorker Jeffery is also a talent comic writer and illustrator and has penned an wonderful comic book on The Fall - Marc Riley's old band,
