The Deaf Club treats Nadeem to a cooking lesson so he can taste the local delicacies of home-baked pasties and clotted cream scones, made the Cornish way.
After overcoming his fear of the sea to learn to surf, Nadeem embarks on some environmental education he visits the Eden project and explores sustainable fishing before preparing a meal for deaf locals at the coast.
