A new report commissioned by the Scottish government says fundamental change is needed to ensure Scottish women in farming are valued, but Gemma Cooper from the National Farmers Union in Scotland tells Charlotte Smith that despite having no women in any of the twenty-three senior roles in the Union they are already well-ahead of the curve.
