Meet the Adebangos is a family-based British sitcom created by Debra Odutuyo and Andrew Osayemi. It is centred on a British-African family living in Peckham, South London. The sitcom focuses on the larger-than-life father character Bayo Adebanjo as he struggles to instil his old-fashioned African values on his reluctant modern British family. The comedy comes from the typical ups and downs of family life and Bayo's rivalry with the larger-than-life and rather eccentric Auntie Funke.
