Episode 6
Anna arrives at the Abbey and asks Remigio for her father's letters, but Remigio is found at the scene of yet another murder and is questioned by the grand inquisitor.
Bernard summons Malachi to question him about the occurrences in the abbey. Adso is bemused when he sees Salvatore with a cat in a sack and is told it is for a love potion. Remigio the cellerer is surprised when Anna arrives at the abbey and recognises her as the daughter of the heretic Dolcino and she asks him for her father鈥檚 letters which he had been asked to keep safe.
Severinus鈥檚 body is found in his laboratory and Remigio is the prime suspect, but William and Adso have little time to search for a strange book that Severinus told them about. Remigio is tortured with hot irons and brought before Bernardo who accuses him of murder but also of being a follower of the heretic Dolcino. Adso discovers that Salvatore had captured the Occitan girl and is knocked unconscious in the ensuing fight.
