Kristin Hersh In Session

The Throwing Muses lead singer and founder in session in a solo style. Possible Dust Clouds is her current solo album.

Kristin Hersh is a musician and author from Atlanta, Georgia.

She founded the in铿倁ential art-punk band, Throwing Muses, when she was 14, and alternative rock band, 50FOOTWAVE, back in 2003. Kristen has released eleven solo albums, with her style ranging from traditional folk to jaggedly dissonant.

Her 2010 release, Crooked, is an entirely listener-funded recording and was reissued on vinyl and CD at the end of September, in celebration of its tenth anniversary.
