Pete Townshend

Pete talks to Liz about his debut novel Age of Anxiety and discusses music, art, climate change and touring. Plus, they pick one of The Who's best records for All Killer No Filler.

Liz goes one-on-one with Pete Townshend, the legendary guitarist of The Who, about his book The Age of Anxiety which is his first ever novel and will be part of a bigger art project. They chat at length about the writing of this book and how he hits the streets of his neighbourhood to find inspiration for writing it.

Pete also opens about his real opinions on touring with one of the biggest bands on earth while also talking about his thoughts on major issues facing people today, including climate change and the economy.

Also, in a special All Killer No Filler, he joins Liz to talk about the making of one of The Who's greatest records. Which one is it? Tune in and find out.
