Ty Segall and The Freedom Band are on a busy tour so recorded a session for us on a Sunday - Good work people. They are performing a selection of tracks from current album First Taste.

The Freedom band include members Shannon Lay, Emmett Kelly, Ben Boye and Mikal Cronin and Charles Moothart.

First Taste is brimming with Ty鈥檚 musical ingenuity, with radical instrumentation featuring the koto, bouzouki, recorder and mandolin, just to name a few!

This latest work is an introspective set after the extroversions of Freedom鈥檚 Goblin, focusing on human thoughts and filled with volcanic energy.
