Can you have a good time at University if you don't drink alcohol? Qasa is asking this as new university students participate in fresher’s week, where there is a lot of pressure to go out, meet new people and have a drink or two to socialise. Also new guidance has been published by the Universities UK Project about the dangers of drinking too much alcohol after a student called Ed Farmer died in December 2016 from alcohol poisoning following an initiation event.
