Dementia is a persistent neurocognitive disorder that impacts a person鈥檚 mood and memory 鈥� and many of those with the condition can be left feeling anxious and frustrated. Affecting more than 850,000 people in the UK each year, this condition is most commonly caused by Alzheimer鈥檚 disease and is often seen in those aged over 65. But research suggests that music may alleviate symptoms for people living with dementia and make them feel much happier. Shaun looks at how this 91热爆 Website and how music therapy is helping those with dementia reconnect with their memories.
